Job Description
Put your cybersecurity expertise to work at the intersection of investigations and public safety. This onsite role in San Juan, PR offers a full-time position with a salary range of USD 103,326 to 133,200 per year. The FBI also expects candidates to maintain the readiness needed for law enforcement duties, including a level of physical fitness.
If you have experience and judgment you can apply to complex investigative demands, you will help plan and conduct investigations involving cybersecurity and public safety. The work includes building effective collaboration with law enforcement partners across jurisdictions and maintaining the investigative discipline required for sensitive matters.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct investigations of potential violations of federal laws, including cybersecurity and public safety-related offenses.
- Apply judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility to meet investigative demands as they arise.
- Create and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain physical fitness to ensure readiness to perform law enforcement duties.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
- Must be willing to travel as required.
- Must meet the FBI’s Employment Eligibility requirements.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university, preferably in computer science, engineering, data science, information technology, or a related field.
Salary: $103,326.00–$133,200.00 per year
