Job Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation seeks cybersecurity and technology experts transitioning into law enforcement as Special Agents, applying technical skills to national security investigations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Salary

USD 103,326 - 133,200 per year

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct investigations of potential federal violations, with emphasis on cybersecurity and public safety matters.
  • Exercise judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility to meet investigative demands.
  • Establish and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies.
  • Maintain the physical fitness required to perform law enforcement duties.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
  • Must be willing to travel as required.
  • Must meet the FBI’s Employment Eligibility requirements.
