Special Agent: Cybersecurity/IT Expertise

This onsite FBI Special Agent role in San Antonio, TX focuses on cybersecurity and IT expertise, investigating cyber threats and protecting critical systems to safeguard national security.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out investigations into potential violations of federal law, cybersecurity incidents, and public safety concerns.
• Apply judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility to meet investigative demands.
• Establish and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement partners.
• Maintain physical fitness appropriate to perform law enforcement duties.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Compliance with the FBI Employment Eligibility requirements.
• Master's degree or higher from a U.S.-accredited college or university.

Pay level for this position: $103,236.00 - $133,200.00. Salary is commensurate with base, locality, and availability pay.
