Special Agent: Cybersecurity/IT Expertise
Job Description
The FBI seeks a Special Agent with cybersecurity and IT expertise to conduct investigations and defend against cyber threats in support of national security.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute investigations into suspected federal violations, cybersecurity incidents, and public safety concerns.
- Apply sound judgment, adaptability, and resourcefulness to meet investigative demands.
- Develop and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement partners.
- Maintain the physical fitness required to perform law enforcement duties.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Eligible to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Meet the FBI Employment Eligibility requirements.
- Master's degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university.

Salary
Pay level for this position: $103,236.00 - $133,200.00. Salary is commensurate with base, locality, and availability pay.
