Senior OT Cybersecurity Leader

In this role, you will help advance BBA’s operational technology (OT) cybersecurity capabilities while supporting growth across client accounts in industrial control systems and critical infrastructure markets.

Role Overview

Serve as a senior OT cybersecurity leader supporting the expansion of BBA’s ICS cybersecurity expertise. You will manage client relationships and lead both technical delivery and business development activities across U.S. industrial, mining, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor for OT networking and cybersecurity
• Lead a team of technical professionals
• Represent BBA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the firm’s expertise
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies
• Lead business development to grow OT networking and cybersecurity consulting services across the United States
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors
• Lead and perform OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses, and compliance audits, including NERC CIP, NIST CSF, and IEC 62443
• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and other OT environments
• Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance, architecture, and incident response planning
• Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
• More than 12 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience, including consulting and client-service exposure
• Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in industrial or infrastructure settings
• Strong understanding of OT systems, protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
• Knowledge of the Northeastern United States industrial and infrastructure markets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
• Asset: relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or IEC 62443

Compensation

• Salary: USD 95,000 to 150,000 per year
