Senior Email Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance email security controls across the enterprise environment.
• Perform complex development work related to email security solutions and provide recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Document procedures, system flows, and technical specifications for team reference and knowledge sharing.
• Support out-of-hours incident response and troubleshooting on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in email security and related engineering roles.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Email platforms including Exchange Online/M365 and Exchange 2016/2019.
• Strong knowledge of email security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti-Spam, and Anti-Malware.
• Experience with management and scripting in PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, and Load Balancers.
