Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager

Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager in Washington, DC (onsite) to lead complex cybersecurity programs and serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contractor activities conducted under the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Serve as the sole point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Submit the Project Manager name and qualified alternates in the proposal, ensuring at least one alternate has full authority during PM absences.
• Confirm the PM and designated alternates possess proficient English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Serve as Transition Manager during transition-in and transition-out activities.
• Oversee project execution, communications, performance tracking, transition activities, and coordination among contractor personnel.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing programs of comparable size and complexity.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing at award and maintained throughout the contract.
• Active CISSP or CISM certification in good standing at award and throughout the period of performance.
• Able to serve as the accountable contractor lead for daily operations, government communications, and transition activities.
