Job Description

The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will lead day-to-day security operations and incident response activities to support a secure environment at RHP Properties.

Responsibilities

  • Own oversight and accountability for day-to-day security operations supporting cybersecurity tasks
  • Apply proficiency with security operations tools, including DLP, EDR, XDR, SOAR, and SIEM
  • Ensure timely, accurate remediation and countermeasures for intrusions and compromised host, network, applications, and operational systems
  • Stay current on latest security, vulnerability, and technology developments
  • Lead security policy and documentation aligned to the NIST cyber security framework and compliance needs
  • Apply knowledge of malware analysis and email security incidents
  • Manage incident response and reporting
  • Monitor reports and dashboards for security visibility and operational status
  • Participate in regular audits, including procuring required artifacts
  • Support evaluation of new security products and services when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or a satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experience)
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant cyber security experience
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Experience with NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC2
  • Current information security certifications including CISSP, CSSLP, CCFP, or CISM
  • Knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft 0365, and network protocols
  • Familiarity with cloud security (Azure), Artificial Intelligence, and DevSecOps practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical topics to customers
