Job Description
ICAM Security Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton in McLean, VA onsite, focusing on identity and access management within a zero trust environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to large scale IAM initiatives for clients
- Examine the identity lifecycle and its stages
- Specify access requirements aligned to policy and risk
- Define enterprise identity records and attributes
- Design, deploy, and operate systems that verify user privileges
- Manage credentials safeguarding clients’ most valuable assets
- Deploy enterprise grade solutions from single sign-on to privileged access management
- Support threat containment by mitigating adversary activity
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ICAM, security architecture, or security product integrations
- Experience enabling enhanced lifecycle management and using identity signals in access decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross functional teams across diverse environments
- IAM support in cloud environments, including AWS or Azure
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity within the IDM domain
- High school diploma or GED

Compensation
- Projected annual salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 USD
- Pay is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract affordability, and organizational requirements
- The stated range reflects typical compensation for this position and is one component of total rewards
Identity verification
- Identity verification may use advanced biometrics and artificial intelligence during the hiring process
- Interviews and assessments typically require being on camera
