Transformation O&M Security Engineer II

Join Deloitte’s Cyber Identity Engineering team to design, implement, and support identity and access management capabilities and advance Zero Trust across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support identity and access management (ICAM/IAM) solutions in enterprise environments
• Translate business, security, and compliance requirements into ICAM architecture and engineering deliverables
• Support Zero Trust initiatives by strengthening identity controls, authentication methods, and access governance processes
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity teams to integrate identity services across systems and platforms
• Contribute to engineering, documentation, testing, and compliance activities for IAM and access control capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 10-15% on average, depending on work, clients, and served industries/sectors
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
• 1+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), infrastructure architecture, cyber strategy, compliance, and Agile delivery
• 1+ years of experience designing and implementing identity, credential, and access management solutions
• 1+ years of experience supporting Zero Trust architecture initiatives

• Industry certification in cybersecurity, cloud, or identity technologies

Compensation

• Salary range: $88,600 - $147,600 USD per year (reasonable estimate)

• Discretionary annual incentive program may be available, subject to program rules and factors including individual and organizational performance

• Morristown, NJ (onsite)
