FBI Special Agent: Cybersecurity/IT Expertise
Job Description
Based in Denver, Colorado, this FBI Special Agent position centers on cybersecurity and information technology expertise, combining investigative work with information security to safeguard national security objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct investigations into potential federal violations, cybersecurity incidents, and public safety concerns.
- Apply sound judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility to address investigative demands.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement partners.
- Maintain the physical readiness required to perform law enforcement duties.
Requirements
- United States citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Compliance with the FBI Employment Eligibility requirements.
- A master’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university.

Salary Level
Pay range for this position is $103,236.00 to $133,200.00 per year. Salary is commensurate with base pay, locality pay, and availability pay.
