Job Description

Caterpillar is hiring an ERP Application Security GRC Admin to support the governance, risk, and compliance capabilities within its SAP landscape. This onsite role in East Peoria, IL focuses on day-to-day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC), helping teams stay aligned with compliance objectives and audit readiness.

Role Summary

The SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control Administrator provides operational support for SAP GRC AC and PC modules. The position supports risk management, access governance, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement across SAP environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control, including troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in automating controls and risk management processes using GRC tools and workflows.
  • Administer and configure SAP GRC AC and PC modules to support compliance and risk management objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, conduct access risk analysis, and support remediation activities.
  • Maintain and monitor synchronization jobs using appropriate scheduling tools to support data integrity.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing access logs, compliance reports, and system documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate process controls, workflows, and monitoring within the SAP GRC AC/PC module.
  • Train and support end-users and stakeholders on GRC processes and system functionality.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance GRC AC and PC using BRFplus and MSMP to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay current with SAP GRC best practices, new features, and compliance standards.
  • Provide technical and operational go-live support for releases and deployments.
  • Lead annual SAP GRC disaster recovery testing and application upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize GRC processes, enhance system performance, and improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of SAP security concepts, role-based access control, and compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise with audit processes, SOX compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation

USD 112,710 - 183,140 per year.
