Cybersecurity GRC Assoc Principal

The Cybersecurity GRC Associate Principal role supports operational delivery and governance activities for PepsiCo’s Global Information Security Requirements (GISR) program, with a focus on third-party cybersecurity obligations. This position partners across Cybersecurity, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to embed security requirements into third-party agreements and track compliance to support risk management and program effectiveness.

Role Overview

Supports execution and operational management of the GISR program and governance of third-party cybersecurity obligations. Ensures cybersecurity requirements are consistently adopted in contractual engagements and maintains reporting and compliance activities that inform risk management and program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of PepsiCo’s GISR contract governance program, including contract reviews, cybersecurity requirement assessments, and negotiation support.
• Maintain governance processes, controls, reporting, and compliance activities to promote consistent adoption of cybersecurity contractual requirements.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to support policy alignment, regulatory initiatives, training, and continuous improvement of the program.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance, GRC, Information Security, Contract Governance, or a related field, including the ability to translate cybersecurity requirements into business and contractual obligations.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance frameworks, contractual risk management, and stakeholder engagement across Legal, Procurement, and business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.

• Advanced degree and/or cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience with governance platforms such as ServiceNow and Icertis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Copilot.

Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is $93,500 to $156,450 per year. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered when setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can provide more detail on the specific range during the hiring process.
