Epsilon Systems Solutions Inc is hiring a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epsilon C5I in San Diego, CA (onsite).

Plan, implement, upgrade, and/or monitor cybersecurity measures to strengthen cyber defense and support a cyber-resilient network.
Assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities to identify risk and recommend, implement, or support remediation actions and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure security controls are established to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure.
Respond to computer security breaches to restore protections and complete required reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science, or equivalent.
DoD IAT Level II certification minimum or eligibility for the position.
Minimum 5 (five) years of notable experience preparing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policy, including Assessment and Authorization requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI access is required.
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens per applicable government contractual requirements.

$135,000 - $185,000 per year.
Estimated range based on business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications (skills, education, experience).

Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
Prolonged use of a computer (typing/keyboarding).
Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.
Ability to travel by car, air, or other transportation methods if required.
