Cybersecurity Programmer

This full-time Cybersecurity Programmer role in Lockheed Martin Space is based onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with a focus on sustaining the GPS Defensive Cyber Operations Tool Suite and implementing resilient cyber countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and advance the GPS Defensive Cyber Operations Tool Suite to maintain a best-in-class capability.
• Identify, design, and deploy robust countermeasures to mitigate enterprise risk.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a government security clearance.
• Experience with Linux distributions such as Red Hat and Ubuntu.
• Associate degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Foundational understanding of STEM concepts with the ability to interpret, generate, present technical material, and solve problems.
• A commitment to continual learning, proactive problem solving, and collaboration within a diverse team.
