Cybersecurity Program Delivery Manager

Infosys is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Delivery Manager for an onsite role in Raleigh, NC. In this Technology Project Lead 3 position, you will help steer cross-functional execution, align delivery to measurable objectives, and support Go-to-Market and change initiatives. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, disciplined project management, and continuous improvement so outcomes are delivered with clarity and control.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to support project execution and alignment to objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and build consensus for successful outcomes.
• Refine project management processes by incorporating best practices and lessons learned to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and help mitigate organizational risks.
• Monitor project margins and ensure actual performance stays aligned with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies.
• Identify staffing needs that can adapt to changing project requirements and set performance objectives aligned with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to support smooth adoption of project-driven transformations.
