Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and governance framework.
• Support vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
• Perform security risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement security best practices for identity, access management, data protection, and network security.
• Administer and optimize cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Support security awareness training and promote a security‑first culture.
• Assist with system architecture, operations, and optimization of on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure.
• Help establish cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and security domains.
• Infrastructure and Desktop Management: Administer and optimize core systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments (Azure, M365). Serve as the Tier III escalation point for complex end‑user device issues.
• Provisioning and Onboarding: Automate and manage new hire provisioning processes, including hardware imaging, user account creation, and RBAC.
• Strategic Endpoint Management: Design and optimize automated desktop provisioning systems to streamline onboarding while ensuring compliance.
• Lifecycle and Support Oversight: Direct the management of hardware, ensuring patch management, encryption, and identity management are secure and seamless.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT leadership experience focusing on cybersecurity and infrastructure oversight.
• Proven experience with enterprise networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security operations.
• Experience designing and implementing security frameworks and governance programs.
• Experience leading complex technology projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risk into business impact.
• Certifications preferred (one or more): Security+, Network+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, AWS/Azure certifications, ITIL, PMP.
• Strategic, proactive, security‑minded leadership with a risk‑driven governance mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across complex environments.
