Cybersecurity IGA Operations Analyst

Guidehouse Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity IGA Operations Analyst to join their Arlington, VA onsite team. This role centers on executing, monitoring, and supporting user access certification campaigns within SailPoint IdentityIQ as part of Identity Governance and Administration operations, ensuring timely reviews and solid audit documentation.

What you will do

• Assist in planning and carrying out access certification campaigns within SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Set up and launch certification efforts following prescribed procedures
• Track campaign progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Answer certification questions from managers, application owners, and reviewers
• Monitor metrics to identify overdue certifications
• Compile certification reports and maintain audit records
• Escalate issues and review concerns to appropriate teams
• Verify user and application data prior to campaign launches
• Document standard operating procedures and lessons learned
• Coordinate with Identity Management, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to meet deadlines
• Support audits and compliance activities related to access reviews

What you will need

• US Citizen
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant consulting experience
• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts
• Basic understanding of Information Security principles
• Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, or related technologies
