Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

Support classified information systems while working in an environment built around compliance operations, cross-team coordination, and practical administrative execution. This entry level Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst role at Raytheon in Tucson, AZ (onsite) helps keep processes aligned to DoD regulatory requirements and RMF-related workflows. You will contribute to user support, access management, records handling, and security education and awareness delivery, supporting the Cyber Operations team.

Compensation: USD 57,200 - 108,800 per year. Security: Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, and U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line user support, including user access management workflows, system change requests, and records management.
• Support information systems security education, training, and awareness by helping maintain and deliver required materials and activities.
• Assist with gathering metrics, performing data entry, and managing program and user requests to support system compliance.
• Use administrative and data entry skills to support configuration management for software and hardware and assist with IS Lifecycle Management.
• Coordinate routinely with cross-function teams and program personnel while supporting Cyber Operations activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management, Management Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Business, Math, or other degrees will be considered.
• Experience working with and/or supporting computer technologies, such as databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, software programs, or hardware troubleshooting/manufacture or electronics.
• Compliance-based auditing experience from the Military or DoD industry and/or non-defense regulations including FAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI), ISO 9001 Quality Management, or HIPPA.
• Experience in areas such as physical security/security, policework/criminal justice, investigations, or Border Patrol.
• Experience with data entry and interpreting and documenting metrics, along with project/program management, office management, senior office or executive administration, and/or account management.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer
