Job Description

This remote contract position seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to help train AI security systems by evaluating AI generated security content, solving security challenges, and delivering feedback that informs the next generation of AI security models.

Responsibilities

  • Assess AI produced cybersecurity content, including threat analyses, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, for practical accuracy and validity.
  • Develop and resolve security focused technical challenges used to train AI systems.
  • Produce clear technical explanations and security relevant code to support AI training materials.
  • Provide actionable feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI security models.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of hands on cybersecurity experience in roles such as penetration testing, red team operations, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related fields, including government or military cyber operations.
  • Some coding experience is required; comfort navigating and patching an existing codebase is essential.
  • Proficiency in English at a native or bilingual level with strong written communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous, including OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar credentials.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from USD 50 to USD 100, with potential higher bonus rates on select projects.
