Cybersecurity Analyst - AI Trainer
Job Description
DataAnnotation is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst who can train AI systems remotely on cybersecurity content. This role centers on evaluating AI-generated material such as threat analyses, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security content for real world accuracy, while helping shape how AI models learn to defend networks. The contract position is based in Mississippi with flexible scheduling to accommodate project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI produced cybersecurity content for accuracy and real world validity, covering threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques.
- Design and solve security oriented technical problems used to train AI systems.
- Produce clear technical explanations and write security relevant code as part of training data.
- Deliver actionable feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI security models.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands on experience in a cybersecurity role such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related fields, including government or military cyber operations.
- Some coding experience is required; must be comfortable navigating and patching a codebase.
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills (native or bilingual level).
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (for example OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar).
