The Manager, Cybersecurity at BCG Platinion leads cybersecurity consulting engagements across strategy, assessments, architecture, DevSecOps, and incident response for clients, with opportunities for global travel.
Compensation
Base salary: USD 190,000 per year.

Summit, New Jersey, onsite.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership with deep cybersecurity expertise to craft innovative client solutions.
- Apply cutting edge methods and approaches to develop customized security strategies and services.
- Act as a change agent, aligning teams and guiding the adoption of new security processes and tools across organizations.
- Collaborate effectively across functional groups, building relationships with stakeholders and existing security teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on cybersecurity consulting or management experience leading teams of five or more, across diverse sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or related field.
- Experience developing cybersecurity strategies or policies.
- Experience quantifying and managing cybersecurity risk.
- Proven track record in leading security assessments.
- Experience designing, transforming, implementing, and operating cybersecurity programs.
- Experience developing security architectures and integrating security into applications and systems.
- Experience implementing cloud security and managing third-party and supply chain risk.
- Experience designing and implementing identity and access management.
- Experience developing and upskilling a cybersecurity workforce and delivering culture change, awareness, and training.
- Ability to perform continuous monitoring activities including SIEM usage, APT hunting, and UBA implementations.
- Experience in vulnerability management and assessments, as well as penetration testing, incident management, and BCP/DRP.
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies across organizational and acquisition lifecycles.
- Familiarity with at least two cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, C2M2, NIST SP 800-53 and related standards, ISO/IEC 27000 family, or CSA CCM.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills; analytical and conceptual thinking; results-oriented mindset; confidence and persuasiveness.
- GenAI tool fluency with ability to validate responses (examples include ChatGPT and Claude).
- Business-fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams; travel may be significant depending on project needs.

For U.S. applicants, base compensation is USD 190,000. Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund contributions, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
