Special Agent: Cybersecurity/Technology Expertise
Job Description
The FBI seeks a Special Agent with cybersecurity and technology expertise to investigate cyber related crimes and national security threats, applying technical knowledge in the field.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct investigations into potential violations of federal law, cybersecurity incidents, and public safety concerns.
- Use judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility to meet investigative demands.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement partners.
- Maintain the required physical fitness level to perform law enforcement duties.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
- Must be willing to travel as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ onsite.
- Must meet the FBI's Employment Eligibility requirements.

Salary
- Salary range: $103,326.00–$133,200.00 per year. Salary is commensurate with base, locality, and availability pay.
