Senior IT Security Analyst

Bausch + Lomb is hiring a Senior IT Security Analyst to support Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity across manufacturing, laboratory, and operational environments. This hybrid role in Bridgewater, NJ focuses on strengthening security capabilities and serving as an OT cybersecurity subject matter expert for teams that design, operate, and modernize manufacturing systems.

Working at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, you will assess risk in operational environments and help drive security controls that support secure and reliable manufacturing operations. The position carries a starting salary range of USD 120,000 to 135,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate OT cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing, laboratory, and R&D environments.
• Partner with Manufacturing IT, Engineering, Quality, and plant stakeholders to identify, assess, and reduce cybersecurity risk.
• Perform OT security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk evaluations, and drive remediation to strengthen security controls.
• Help deploy and improve OT security capabilities, including network segmentation, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, and vendor connectivity.
• Contribute to OT security standards, procedures, and controls aligned with industry frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Provide OT cybersecurity expertise for operational technology projects, manufacturing modernization initiatives, and technology deployments.
• Act as a key OT security resource for project teams and stakeholders to support effective communication and coordination.
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into practical guidance for engineering and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement of security processes, templates, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and project stakeholders.
• Support OT cybersecurity awareness and best practices across manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support implementation and maintenance of OT security solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, standard development, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related technology disciplines, including security activities in regulated, manufacturing, laboratory, or operational environments.
• Experience working in regulated environments with strong quality, safety, or compliance requirements.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to OT or industrial environments, including manufacturing, laboratory, or R&D systems.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP) are a plus.
