Senior Cybersecurity Analyst

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to support enterprise security detection strategies, compliance alignment, and acquisition visibility using enterprise-approved AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support for existing tools and processes tied to new and existing nonintegrated acquisitions
• Coordinate with acquisition, IT, and security stakeholders to maintain timely and complete visibility
• Ensure alignment across enterprise security use cases, compliance requirements, and detection strategies
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Operations or security operations
• 2+ years of experience in security analysis, investigations, insider risk, threat analysis, or digital forensics
• 2+ years of working knowledge of security logs and user activity monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with security tools and IT Infrastructure/Operations
• Experience with operating systems and third-party vulnerability management
• Experience supporting M&A/acquisition integrations (highly preferred)
• Experience with Security Operations (SOC) and detection engineering

Additional Information

• Location: Eden Prairie, MN (remote)
• Salary: USD 91,700 - 163,700 per year
• Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and ET
