Job Description

As a Product Security Engineer focused on AI training, you will support the development of next-generation AI security systems by reviewing AI-generated cybersecurity material and converting it into practical, security-oriented training challenges.

Role Summary

This fully remote, contract position involves evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and building security-focused technical problems that help train AI models. Work is hourly paid with flexible scheduling and completion of a short assessment to access ongoing paid projects.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, to verify real-world accuracy and validity.
  • Design and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems.
  • Write clear technical explanations and security-relevant code.
  • Provide feedback that directly informs and shapes the next generation of AI security models.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or closely related fields, including experience in government or military cyber operations.
  • Some coding experience; comfort navigating and patching a codebase is required.
  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) with strong writing skills.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, including OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar credentials.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay: USD 50 to 100 per hour.
  • Higher bonus rates may be available for certain projects.
