Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer
Job Description
Build and evaluate AI training data to improve how AI systems reason about cybersecurity threats and defenses.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques
- Design and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems
- Produce clear technical explanations aligned to security findings
- Write security-relevant code as part of the training and evaluation workflow
- Deliver feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI security models
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role (examples: penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent work)
- Experience may include government or military cyber operations
- Coding experience required; comfortable navigating and patching a codebase
- English fluency (native or bilingual) with strong writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Cybersecurity certifications plus (e.g., OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar)
