Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer

This remote, contract role focuses on training AI models for cybersecurity by evaluating AI-generated content and solving security problems, with feedback that shapes how these systems reason about threats. The position offers flexible, fully remote engagement that can run alongside another job or serve as the primary focus on project-based scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated cybersecurity content, including threat analyses, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques, for real-world accuracy and validity.
• Design and resolve security-centric technical problems used to train AI systems.
• Produce clear, technical explanations and security-relevant code.
• Deliver feedback that directly informs the next generation of AI security models.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related fields, including government or military cyber operations.
• Some coding experience is required; comfort navigating and patching a codebase is essential.
• Fluency in English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (for example OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar).

Compensation

Hourly pay range is USD 50 to 100. This is a contract-based role with project-based scheduling.
