Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker) - AI Trainer
Job Description
This contract role based in North Carolina focuses on evaluating AI generated cybersecurity content and shaping AI security models, with remote, flexible scheduling that can fit alongside another job or serve as a primary focus.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI produced cybersecurity content including threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and offensive security techniques for real world accuracy and relevance.
- Design and solve security oriented technical challenges used to train AI systems.
- Craft clear technical explanations and security related code.
- Provide feedback that directly informs the next generation of AI security models.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands on experience in a cybersecurity role such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related fields, including government or military cyber operations.
- Some coding experience required; comfort navigating and patching a codebase is key.
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills (native or bilingual level).
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (eg, OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar).
