Network Engineer (TS/SCI)

Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) team is seeking a Network Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to design, secure, and deploy enterprise networks across multiple data centers. This on-site role in Colorado Springs supports high-availability architectures and security-focused network operations within a federal-facing environment.

Compensation: USD 116,200 - 193,600 per year.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on installation of physical network hardware.
• Direct experience with security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus software, authentication solutions, log management, and content filtering.
• Experience with network security technologies and a range of system, security, and network monitoring tools.
• Automation and scripting skills to support network deployments.
• Background in a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning multiple data centers with high availability requirements.
• Leverages knowledge of network systems to design and implement internal and external networks.
• Tests and evaluates network systems to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Supports hardware testing and architecture evaluations to help engineer custom solutions for evolving needs.
• Provides feedback to software development teams within SAFe practices to support continuous improvement and DevSecOps integration.

• 3+ years of experience in Network Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Firewall Management.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux - Red Hat.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco IP Routing.
