Compensation
The base salary for this role is USD 190,000 per year for U.S. applicants. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund contributions.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise with deep cybersecurity knowledge to inform innovative client solutions
- Apply cutting-edge methods to tailor cybersecurity approaches for each client
- Lead organizational change efforts, align stakeholders, and onboard teams to adopt new cybersecurity processes and tools while guiding improvements to security practices
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, building relationships across cross-functional groups and existing security teams to achieve alignment
Requirements
- Minimum of six years in cybersecurity consulting or security program leadership (teams of five or more) across diverse sectors
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience or substantial knowledge in multiple areas, including:
- Developing cybersecurity strategies or policies
- Quantifying and managing cybersecurity risk
- Leading security assessments
- Designing, transforming, implementing, and operating cybersecurity programs
- Developing security architectures and integrating security into applications and systems
- Implementing cloud security
- Managing third-party and supply chain risk
- Designing and implementing identity and access management
- Developing and upskilling a cybersecurity workforce
- Delivering cybersecurity culture change, awareness, and training
- Performing continuous monitoring with SIEM, threat hunting, UBA, and related practices
- Designing and implementing vulnerability management and conducting assessments
- Performing penetration testing, incident management, BCP, or DRP
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies across the organizational and acquisition lifecycle
- Working knowledge of at least two frameworks such as NIST CSF, C2M2, NIST SP 800-53 and related standards, ISO/IEC 27000 family, or CSA CCM

- GenAI tool fluency with ability to validate outputs (for example, ChatGPT, Claude)
