IT Program Manager (INFOSEC)

This onsite role in Washington, DC offers a competitive annual salary of USD 143,913 - 187,093 and is filled using Direct-Hire Authority. You will join the DOJ CIO Cybersecurity Service Staff to lead enterprise IT program management with cybersecurity procedures, information assurance, modernization, governance, and risk management in support of mission-critical and national security operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides enterprise-level leadership in the development, integration, and execution of IT and cybersecurity strategies that support mission-critical and national security operations.
• Advises senior leadership on IT strategy, cybersecurity posture, and enterprise risk.
• Develops and monitors cybersecurity performance metrics, compliance reporting, and program effectiveness indicators.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or National status required.
• Successful completion of security/background investigation and drug screening.
• Selective Service registration required.
• Financial disclosure may be required in accordance with DOJ and Federal ethics guidelines.
• Possibility of a one-year probationary period.
• Ability to hold a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Must obtain and maintain industry-recognized certifications in information security / cybersecurity, such as CISSP, FAC-COR III, and FAC-PM.
• Temporary duty travel approximately 25 percent of the time.

For GS-14 level qualifications, this position requires experience alone; education cannot be substituted for experience to meet the qualification requirements.
