Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of problem solvers to test and evaluate systems through a Whitebox adversarial approach for the DoD, supporting Air Force clients
  • Engage with systems assessed against NIST 800-53 RMF security controls
  • Concentrate on filtering capabilities and data flows within system architectures, including low-level considerations for Mandatory Access Controls and Discretionary Access Controls
  • Grow capabilities by leveraging the expertise of teammates and contributing to the group’s knowledge base

Requirements

  • Experience with Linux command line, scripting in Ruby, Python, or Bash, and automating basic tasks
  • Experience with networking concepts
  • Experience with virtualization
  • Active Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a DoD IAT Level II Security+ CE Certification within 120 days of the start date

Compensation

The projected compensation range is USD 61,900.00 to 141,000.00 annually. Final pay is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.

Education and Clearance

  • Education: HS diploma or GED
  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance required; applicants must meet eligibility for access to classified information
  • Certifications: Must be able to obtain DoD IAT Level II Security+ CE within 120 days of start

Identity and Interview Process
