This on-site Cybersecurity Support 3 role at Northrop Grumman is located in Roy, Utah, focusing on asset inventory, configuration management, account administration, system auditing, file transfers, and continuous monitoring within a classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hardware and software inventory for all assigned classified assets.
• Oversee the introduction and removal of hardware from restricted spaces.
• Support configuration management activities, including maintaining the baseline and guiding the configuration control board.
• Assist with local account management, processing request paperwork, maintaining annual general and privileged user agreements, and coordinating with System Administrators to create accounts on classified systems.
• Carry out system auditing using approved security tools per published procedures; document and update records in the continuous monitoring system; aid the ISSO/Manager with anomaly analysis and collaborate with System Administrators to resolve issues.
• Perform file transfers across security domains in line with Assured File Transfer procedures.
• Support continuous monitoring by handling administrative tests of security controls, collecting and reporting results, and tracking corrective actions until closure.
• Maintain accurate internal records.

Requirements

• Education options: High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience; or an Associate’s degree with 2 years; or a Bachelor’s degree with no required experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Currently holds a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (minimum) or is enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program; a closed investigation within the last 6 years is required for consideration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs as a condition of continued employment.
