Cybersecurity Program Manager

Accelera seeks an onsite Cybersecurity Program Manager in Cranberry Township, PA to support the CISO in coordinating strategic plans, programs, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CISO and align activities with cybersecurity priorities, supporting the creation and refinement of organizational policies and procedures.
• Lead the cybersecurity architecture, vulnerability management, and security engineering teams, ensuring robust defenses and effective remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Produce operational and financial reports to inform both functional execution and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct executive briefings, develop presentations, and address a range of organizational and strategic topics.
• Manage team performance to ensure accurate execution of goals and timely project delivery.
• Provide operational guidance to the CISO and develop detailed work plans for task completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for project managers, delivering status updates to the CISO and IT leadership.
• Mentor and coach cybersecurity staff to support their professional development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Information Security, vulnerability management, and incident management.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity architecture, vulnerability management, and security engineering teams.
