Cybersecurity Lead / Information Assurance Manager

DMI is looking for a Cybersecurity Lead / Information Assurance Manager to strengthen enterprise security operations in support of U.S. Government initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Establish and enforce system-wide information security requirements grounded in user needs, regulatory guidance, policy, and operational demands
• Partner with Government cybersecurity leadership to develop and implement cybersecurity and Information Assurance doctrine and policy
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior cybersecurity staff, supporting solution design and implementation
• Oversee Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages and maintain compliance with applicable standards and frameworks
• Verify and validate required patches, updates, and configuration changes to sustain secure system baselines
• Review system engineering documentation, CONOPS, and configuration specifications to identify risks and ensure security requirements are incorporated
• Implement and manage public key infrastructure (PKI) technologies and related security mechanisms

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Information Systems Security Engineering
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Fully Qualified Level Navy Validator as defined in OPNAVINST 5239
• Strong background in information systems security engineering, security services, threat mitigation, and lessons learned from attack scenarios
• Experience with Certification and Accreditation processes for IT systems
• Hands-on experience with HBSS, McAfee, Cisco Sourcefire, SolarWinds, and/or NitroSecurity
• Must meet IAT Level III requirements per DoD 8570.01-M
• CISSP certification preferred
• Eligibility for and adjudication to a SECRET clearance level at contract start
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
