Job Description

Join a globally respected technology and professional services leader delivering mission critical capabilities for the U.S. government. You will influence enterprise cybersecurity architecture, RMF compliance, incident response, and ongoing security modernization, while mentoring teammates and delivering executive briefings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with DoW policies and mission objectives.
  • Lead security architecture reviews and approve secure technical designs.
  • Establish security baselines and enforce them across systems and networks.
  • Drive modernization initiatives to strengthen security posture and resilience.
  • Oversee RMF activities, including system categorization, control implementation, assessment support, and ATO package development.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable DoW directives and DISA STIG requirements.
  • Perform risk assessments and craft mitigation strategies.
  • Support cybersecurity inspections, audits, and continuous monitoring programs.
  • Manage cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, detection, and response.
  • Lead incident response for cyber events affecting mission systems and perform root cause analysis with remediation actions.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks.
  • Design and secure enterprise environments covering network security, endpoint protection, IAM, cloud security, and data protection.
  • Integrate Zero Trust principles where applicable and ensure secure configuration management and vulnerability remediation.
  • Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and SOPs; provide executive briefings on posture, risks, and mitigations.
  • Maintain accurate security documentation and metrics; provide technical oversight to engineers and analysts.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote best practices across the program; collaborate with networks, systems, cloud, and applications teams for secure integration.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoW or federal IT environments.
  • RMF experience; continuous monitoring and vulnerability management.
  • Proficiency with network and endpoint security technologies, secure system architecture, and incident response methodologies.
  • Experience supporting classified network environments (such as SIPR or JWICS) or equivalent.

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
