Cybersecurity CSfC Engineer
Job Description
The Cybersecurity CSfC Engineer will design and implement CSfC based secure communications solutions and architectures (DAR/DiT), with a focus on NSA CSfC standards compliance and robust security across systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure communications solutions built on CSfC standards and guidelines
- Develop and maintain compliant Data-at-Rest (DAR) and Data-in-Transit (DiT) architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational data security and classified communications requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve CSfC related technical challenges promptly and effectively
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity technologies and CSfC updates to continuously improve solutions and compliance
- Create technical documentation supporting CSfC solutions, including system design plans, configuration baselines, and compliance reports
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of CSfC implementations to identify and remediate security gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; experience may substitute for education
- Minimum 7+ years of professional cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience with CSfC capability packages
- Solid knowledge of secure system engineering and communication protocols
- Familiarity with the NSA CSfC program, guidelines, policies, and standards
- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret
- Location: Onsite with occasional hybrid work allowed
- U.S. Citizenship
- Valid U.S. Passport
- DoD 8140 IAT II compliant

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of CSfC architecture for both Data-at-Rest and Data-in-Transit and demonstrated experience in delivering compliant, secure systems.

Salary and Benefits Information
Salary range: The likely salary range for this position is $199,750 - $270,250. This is not a guarantee of compensation; final salary will reflect experience, geographic location, and potential contractual requirements and could fall outside this range.
