Job Description

DataAnnotation is recruiting a Cybersecurity Analyst - AI Trainer to support the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated cybersecurity content and outputs. This is a fully remote, contract role focused on reviewing technical material, building security problem sets for AI training, and providing feedback that informs next-generation AI security models.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assess AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques.
  • Design and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems.
  • Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code.
  • Deliver feedback that directly contributes to the next generation of AI security models.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent disciplines, including government or military cyber operations.
  • Coding experience is required, including comfort navigating and patching a codebase.
  • English fluency (native or bilingual) and strong writing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, for example OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar credentials.

  • Location: Arkansas (remote).
  • Job type: Contract.
  • Pay: USD 50 to 100 per hour.
