Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define the product security framework, including policies, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams working on firmware development for embedded devices.
- Lead BU security efforts by participating in daily agile stand-ups and promote secure software practices across the unit; partner with scrum teams on secure solution architecture.
- Support quarterly SAMM self-assessments by setting goals, reporting progress, and aiding audits.
- Explore and apply new security technologies while reusing existing solutions to align with the BU’s business strategy.
- Perform threat analysis and risk assessments.
- Design security controls, monitoring, and scanning tools.
- Guide engineering through the Secure Development Lifecycle workflow across all products.
- Compile and approve security checklists for milestone releases.
- Support penetration testing efforts and manage incident responses.
- Assist in developing and reviewing product security documents.
- Deliver Security DevOps with multiple scrum teams, planning user stories for sprints and addressing security requirements and impacts.
- Develop and maintain best practices for deploying desktop, native, web, and service-based applications across Linux, Windows, and other environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software security.
- Verifiable experience conducting threat analyses and risk assessments.
- Experience designing and developing security controls.
- Vulnerability management experience.

Compensation
Salary range: USD 122,800 - 184,200 per year.
Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, the role offers a performance-based annual cash incentive with a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
