Establish service expectations, accountability, escalation paths, and performance measures; govern provider performance via KPIs, SLAs, audits, and continual improvement.
Ensure cybersecurity service providers deliver against business expectations and contractual commitments, and independently evaluate and challenge provider recommendations when needed.

Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to secure industrial environments, including defining OT cybersecurity standards, governance, and architecture.
Improve visibility, segmentation, access controls, and resilience across manufacturing sites, aligning OT security initiatives with enterprise objectives.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring cybersecurity controls meet regulatory, customer, and contractual obligations.
