Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and identify appropriate and secure use cases within Identity and Access Management.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve security, reliability, and scalability of enterprise identity services.
Participate in an on-call support rotation after developing the required level of proficiency in the environment.
