Realign LLC is hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist for an onsite role in Irving, TX. This position focuses on building AI-powered security engineering and endpoint management automation that strengthens monitoring and helps teams respond to incidents more efficiently across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
What you’ll build and improve
- AI-powered security engineering solutions and endpoint management automation using Python, Go, LLMs, and agentic frameworks to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, and incident response.
- Integrations across security platform APIs, SIEM, and endpoint detection and response solutions to deliver scalable automation, enhanced visibility, and proactive risk management.
- Reliable agentic workflows for LLM prompt engineering and output parsing, including error handling and failure recovery.
- Monitoring and observability for agent systems to support operational clarity and performance tracking.
- Endpoint Management, Detection, and Response tooling solutions, specifically for CrowdStrike or comparable SaaS products.
- Agent and security enablement using technologies such as Model Context Protocol, vector databases, and semantic search.
Collaboration and communication
- Work with peer security teams in collaborative ways.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate results, including written and verbal reporting to management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a software development role and a security engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python/Go and agent development frameworks, including a deep understanding of LLM APIs and capabilities.
- Experience with LLM prompt engineering and output parsing, plus building reliable agentic workflows with error handling and recovery.
- Incorporate monitoring and observability for agent systems.
- Experience developing with Model Context Protocol servers, vector databases, semantic search, and security product APIs such as CrowdStrike Falcon Platform.
- Experience building Endpoint Management, Detection, and Response tooling for CrowdStrike or similar SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management, systems administration, and operating system internals across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container networking including OVN-Kubernetes/CNI.
- Ability to collaborate with peer security teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate across teams and present findings to management.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree preferred.
